We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from Hearth and Soul, we collect payment (cash, check or credit card), your name and email (if you would like to be added to our mailing list) along with shipping addresses and phone number, if we will be shipping an item for you. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mail list. These communications provide you with advanced notice of special items, store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related and soul-filling events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

At Hearth and Soul, we pride ourselves in our unique commitment to customer service. Exploring our website will give you a sampling of what we offer; however, we invite you to visit us in person to experience who we are and the joys of being able to relax and refresh while discovering beautiful things for yourself or that someone special.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of displaying in store/in stock items on our website, but despite our best efforts, errors may occur. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to contact the store if interested in a specific item on our website. Our team will gladly check the item and sizing availability, if applicable, 850-894-SOUL.

IN-STORE PICK UP: Items placed online are typically ready to be picked up within two hours. If you need your item sooner please give us a call at (850)894-SOUL.

RETURN POLICY:

We so appreciate your decision to shop with Hearth & Soul and want you to feel 100% fulfilled with your selections. If an item you purchased falls short of your expectations we are happy to help with your return and find something that better fits your needs. 

Items purchased online from HearthandSoul.com may be returned for a full refund when the following conditions are met: 

  1. Merchandise is received in it's original condition with tags attached
  2. Original packing is included
  3. Merchandise is post marked within 14 days of the original postmarked shipping date 

THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Holiday Merchandise
  • Undergarments

Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box with all included contents, free of damage. Please place the branded shoe box within another shipping box. Try on shoes on a carpeted area, as we cannot accept a return of shoes with visible wear.

HOW TO RETURN:

Login to your Hearth & Soul account. Go to MY ACCOUNT Menu and select COMPLETE ORDERS. Select Your Order and click RETURN ITEMS. We will notifiy you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We recommend using a traceable shipment carrier and insuring the full amount of the returned merchandise. Hearth & Soul will not be held responsible for missing packages.

Hearth & Soul reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. 

Payment will be returned to the credit card used for initial payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
