Mishky 

Mishky, our company name, is inspired by the South American Quechua word Misk’i, which means sweet. We are a fair trade artisan jewelry company that designs and manufactures hand-made pieces that carefully blend traditional Colombian craftsmanship with ever changing global fashion trends.   In 2010 our founders, Tita Navia and Martha Durán, decided to follow their true passion for creativity, fashion and design, and started Mishky. 

The company was conceived with the purpose of sharing Colombia’s unique flair, colors, style and craftsmanship with the rest of the world. All of this, through beautiful handmade jewelry. Our founders also sought to improve the quality of life for low income Colombian women and made social responsibility a key part of our mission. Mishky empowers and elevates women in our communities by providing them with flexible jobs that can be done from home. Our jewelry strives to carry on the message that originated with its bracelets: women throughout the world sharing compassion, integrity, women’s rights, love for children and the environment.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding holidays. At checkout, we will provide an estimated shipping time based on your selected shipping method.

In-store pickup is typically available 24 hours after ordering. We will notify you if your order is ready for pickup earlier.

ALL Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Art, and Mirrors will be in-store pickup only. Pickup availability is reflected on the product page. Items that are in-store pickup only will not be eligible for shipping.

Free shipping on orders over $250* exclusions apply for items that are in-store pick up only or have a fixed shipping price. 

Returns

We cannot accept returns on the following: SALE items, Jewelry, Reading Glasses, Food Items, Holiday Merchandise, Undergarments, Shoes or other items that have been worn or damaged.

Return must be requested within 14 days of order delivery date and if approved will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
