Can I place my order over the phone?

Will the Hearth & Soul store locations have exactly what is on the website?

Not all items in our store can be viewed on our website. Our Hearth and Soul stores have unique and curated selections, including store exclusives and special features, that are separate from our online selection. Expect to find fun surprises with each new store visit!

 

What is the return policy?

We so appreciate your decision to shop with Hearth and Soul and want you to feel 100% fulfilled with your selections. If an item you purchased falls short of your expectations we are happy to help with your return and find something that better fits your needs.

Items purchased in-store are eligible for an exchange or store credit within seven days from the purchase date. 

Items purchased online from hearthandsoul.com may be returned for a full refund when the following conditions are met:

- Merchandise is received in its original condition with tags attached
- Original packing is included
- Merchandise is post marked within 14 days of the original postmarked shipping date

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please make your selection with care and review all product information and sizing before completing your purchase.

- Reading Glasses
- Food Items
- Holiday Merchandise
- Undergarments
- Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box with all included contents, free of damage. Please place the branded shoe box within another shipping box. Try on shoes on a carpeted area, as we cannot accept a return of shoes with visible wear.

 

How do I return my item(s)?

Login to your Hearth and Soul account. Go to MY ACCOUNT Menu and select COMPLETE ORDERS. Select Your Order and click RETURN ITEMS, you will receive an email once the return is approved. Once approved, please ship items to the address below. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you checked out as a GUEST please email your request to Orders@hearthandsoul.com, noting your order number in the subject line.  Please be sure to include the item information and your reason for return.  We will reply with further instructions.

We recommend using a traceable shipment carrier and insuring the full amount of the returned merchandise. Hearth & Soul will not be held responsible for missing packages.

Hearth and Soul reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Payment will be returned to the credit card used for initial payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
