Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding holidays. At checkout, we will provide an estimated shipping time based on your selected shipping method.

In-store pickup is typically available 24 hours after ordering. We will notify you if your order is ready for pickup earlier.

ALL Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Art, and Mirrors will be in-store pickup only. Pickup availability is reflected on the product page. Items that are in-store pickup only will not be eligible for shipping.

Free shipping on orders over $250* exclusions apply for items that are in-store pick up only or have a fixed shipping price. 

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

We so appreciate your decision to shop with Hearth and Soul and want you to feel 100% fulfilled with your selections. If an item you purchased falls short of your expectations we are happy to help with your return and find something that better fits your needs.

Items purchased in-store are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days from the purchase date. All items must be in their original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags for store credit. All marked discounted items are final sale.Items purchased online from hearthandsoul.com may be returned for a full refund when the following conditions are met:

  • Merchandise is received in its original condition with tags attached
  • Original packing is included (shoe boxes, dust bags, product packaging, etc.)
  • Merchandise is post marked within 14 days of the original postmarked shipping date
  • Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box with all included contents, free of damage. Please place the branded shoe box within another shipping box. Try on shoes on a carpeted area, as we cannot accept a return of shoes with visible wear.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Hearth and Soul reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Payment will be returned to the credit card used for initial payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Shoes or other items that have been worn or damaged

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Please email your return request to Orders@hearthandsoul.com, noting your order number in the subject line. Please be sure to include the item information and your reason for return. We will get back to you quickly with further instructions.
