Hearth and Soul Advent Calendar Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO
ENTER OR WIN. THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES
ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

SPONSOR: The Hearth and Soul Advent Calendar
Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Hearth and Soul LLC (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to
legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (each, an “Eligible
Person”). Employees of Sponsor and its parent
companies, subsidiaries, and any other business involved in the administration
of this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on
December 1, 2024, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 24,
2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Each day during this period
will constitute a separate “Entry Period.”

HOW TO ENTER: During each Entry Period, visit
the official Hearth and Soul website and locate the Advent Calendar Giveaway
page. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter by providing required information and agreeing to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per Eligible
Person per Entry Period. Cannot win in-store and online on the same day.

PRIZES: Each day, participants will have a
chance to win various prizes by opening a virtual "door" on the
advent calendar. Prizes may include but are not limited to, gift cards,
products from Hearth and Soul, or special discounts. Total approximate retail
value of all prizes awarded during the Promotion Period will not exceed $3,000.

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: Winners will be
randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period. You may not win the online and in-store giveaway on the same day.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Potential
winners will be notified via e-mail within five (5) days of the end of the
applicable Entry Period. Potential winners must respond to the notification
within five (5) business days, provide the requested information, and may be
required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and
liability/publicity release (where lawful) before being confirmed as a winner. Winners within 30 miles of Tallahassee store must pick up prize in store. Other winners will have prizes shipped directly.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right
to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process,
violating these Official Rules, or engaging in disruptive behavior. Sponsor
reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion for any reason,
including, but not limited to, fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond
Sponsor’s control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in
the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its
affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their
participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrants
agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the
appropriate court located in the State of [State]. All issues and questions
concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of
these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].

PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Promotion,
participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as
described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on the official
Hearth and Soul website.

WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, please send
a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Hearth and Soul Advent Calendar Giveaway,
Attn: Legal Department, [Address]. Requests must be received by January 31,
2025.
