Catering to the needs of fishermen and hunters, our fillet knife has been tested by some of our friends in the kitchen and outfitting industries. From the walleye of South Dakota to the big game of the Wyoming frontier, our fillet knife is field-tried and tested in the Rocky Mountain West.

S35VN powder metal is the highest performing steel for a fillet knife. Extreme sharpness and toughness combined allow for a thinner, sharper blade that can bend without breaking or losing its shape. The thin blade is seven inches long and has a multi-stepped taper for optimal flex. The geometry of the blade is designed to match the curve of a fish, with enough length for the deep bones of any animal. The long slicing stroke is stabilized by a full tang.

Corey Milligan moved to Jackson Hole to pursue the good life. To earn a living while enjoying the outdoors, he worked as a line cook in local restaurants. His initial interest in cutlery came from the desire to make a knife that would better express his love of cooking. Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding holidays. At checkout, we will provide an estimated shipping time based on your selected shipping method.

In-store pickup is typically available 24 hours after ordering. We will notify you if your order is ready for pickup earlier.

ALL Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Art, and Mirrors will be in-store pickup only. Pickup availability is reflected on the product page. Items that are in-store pickup only will not be eligible for shipping.

Free shipping on orders over $250* exclusions apply for items that are in-store pick up only or have a fixed shipping price. 

Returns

We cannot accept returns on the following: SALE items, Jewelry, Reading Glasses, Food Items, Holiday Merchandise, Undergarments, Shoes or other items that have been worn or damaged.

Return must be requested within 14 days of order delivery date and if approved will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
